Maintenance Site Visits
For large electrical / hydraulic couches a Meditelle engineer can visit your premises to conduct a thorough equipment safety check + routine service and maintenance. The service includes replacement of any small fixings e.g. screws/bolts and lubrication, together with an appraisal of any additional major parts required such as electric motors, hydraulic pumps, ratchets etc.
If major component parts are required these can normally be fitted at the visit and are charged for additionally at the standard cost – please refer to our parts price list. If an offsite factory repair is necessary a separate cost estimate will be provided for approval.
We offer servicing on all Meditelle branded couches & plinths. Regular servicing every 12 months is recommended.

Pre-payment is required with all servicing orders. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for us to schedule a engineers site visit.

Spare / replacement component parts are available for our Meditelle equipment. We are only able to supply parts for our Meditelle brand of equipment.
For couch / chair major component parts required out of warranty, such as electric motors, hydraulic pumps, hand consoles – please refer to our parts price list. To order major parts by post for your own fitting please order online using link below. We also offer fitting by our engineers – see technical repairs charges above.
